1. Services Offered
Digital Portal Official provides, but is not limited to, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO optimization, AI & automation solutions, CMS solutions (WordPress and custom systems), customized ERP & CRM development, business process enablement and outsourcing (BPE/BPO), IT and web development services, creative and media services, email marketing, performance marketing, and branding and strategy consulting.
The exact scope of services will be defined in a written proposal, contract, or invoice.
2. Project Engagement & Payment Terms
Payment Structure
A 50% upfront payment is required before the start of any project. The remaining 50% is payable as per the payment plan outlined in the proposal or agreement.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in project suspension, delayed delivery, or termination. Digital Portal Official reserves the right to apply late payment penalties or interest.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely project requirements, content, credentials, approvals, and feedback, ensure legal rights to all provided materials, and make payments as agreed. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Digital Portal Official may use non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes. All pre-built frameworks, tools, templates, and methodologies remain company property.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.
6. Termination
The client may cancel a project only before the invoice is issued. Once an invoice is delivered and work has started, cancellation is not allowed.
The company reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to pay invoices, violates these terms, or engages in illegal or unethical activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Portal Official shall not be liable for business, revenue, or profit loss, data loss, website downtime, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts within Pakistan.
9. Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
A 50% upfront payment is mandatory before project initiation. Cancellation is permitted only before invoice issuance. Once work has started, cancellations are not allowed.
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. No refunds are provided for completed milestones, digital marketing campaigns, web or software development, design, branding, content services, AI automation, custom systems, or consultation services.
For subscription services, clients may cancel before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
